Hey guys I'm really enjoying the first couple hours so far but these random crashes are frustrating me. Randomly when I enter a shop or inn the screen goes black and crashes out to windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try deleting all the files in the /cache, /temp and /tempsave folders.

I tried that and it's still happening!
It crashes every time I try and enter the Jovial Juggler in Beregost and then randomly in other buildings.
