One of my favorite games from my childhood, and in my opinion an excellent classic that didn't get as much recognition as it deserved. It had such great ideas!
I really wish Techland re-released it with some bugfixes and working multiplayer, I'd buy it in a heartbeat
Very good game - unfortunately unpolished and too bugged. It had a potential to be a beginning of a beautiful series. Still has a fan following after all these years though. Amazing music and animations that hold strong to this day. Graphic style also has its charm. Funny thing is that it still has the multiplayer mode hidden in its code. Some dude managed to bring it back to life and organized a few matches. If GOG could find some of the original coders that would be willing to help bring this game to the state it deserves to be it would be amazing.
I played the Polish version...She had a few mistakes but I kept playing her It's a great childhood game that I played with Dad, I wish I could play again......

Breath of Fire: Dragon QuarterBreath of Fire: Dragon Quarter is a radical departure from the previous titles of the Breath of Fire series, and in some ways from standard Japanese-style role-playing games in general. The game is built like a huge dungeon crawler, with no overworld map. The combat is tactical: each character has action points (AP), which can be used to move around the screen during an enemy encounter, and perform a variety of combo attacks. There is no magic in the game, and many of the items found in dungeons are random. All the enemies are visible on screen. Depending on who first initiated a physical contact, the party or the enemies get an extra turn in battles.
The game allows (and even encourages) the player to restart it from the beginning, keeping the items and the party experience. The game also features a special counter - Ryu can use his traditional dragon transformation abilities, but the counter raises with each such transformation, and when the counter reaches 100, the game is over. Raising the D-ratio allows characters to access new areas every time the game is replayed.Fantasy

Each house has its own vice and virtue and the right selection could give the player right start to the game but he could learn as well as, later in the game with time. Once you choose a side, you to win the King’s challenge of producing the most amount of spice. It won’t be as easy as it sounds. For getting the control of the spices, the player has to fight over the other two houses by all means.
Dune 2000 is done with enough of stunt and live-in scenes to pep up the theme and there is a soothing sound score to add to the overall theme. It’s a game based on the Dune series book of Frank Herbert and gives the player a real pleasure of both combat and competition.Action Science fiction
