I bought inZOI on Steam, but I’d much rather own it through GOG. On Steam, I’m just licensing the game—I don’t truly own it. I can’t fully download and play it offline on my own terms, and that defeats the spirit of ownership. Back in the day, we could buy games on CD or DVD and just play. Sure, game sizes have grown since then, but that shouldn't be used as an excuse to strip away players' rights.
Yes, games are IP—but when you buy something like a TV, a washing machine, or even a $10 hair dryer, you own it. The manufacturer or the retailer (like Steam) doesn’t retain control over your use. Why should games be any different?
That’s why I’ll always support GOG—for standing by gamers and the principle that if you buy something, you should own it. DRM has no place here. Pirates will always exist, but punishing paying customers with restrictive DRM like Denuvo only makes things worse. It breaks more than it protects.
So thank you, GOG. Keep doing what you’re doing. There’s a reason I own the same games here instead of anywhere else.
GOG must release the game. At the time of writing, there is no “Sims like” on GOG. All the more reason to encourage the arrival of a Sims competitor on GOG. From what I've seen, the game looks promising. All we can do now is hope for a good follow-up in terms of updates, and perhaps we'll finally have a worthy heir to The Sims.
Chrono CrossCHRONO CROSS, the sequel to the SNES favorite CHRONO TRIGGER, is one of the most ambitious role-playing games ever made. The graphics are bright and beautiful, utilizing the PlayStation's capabilities to the fullest. The polygonal character models are huge and detailed, and the pre-rendered backgrounds are immaculately detailed. The music is composed and arranged by Yasunori Mitsuda, and features very realistic-sounding synthesizers. The battle system revolves around Elements, which are used to grant magical powers, as well as to summon huge monsters. Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon RBishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon R is a video game released for the Super Famicom by Bandai in 1993. It serves as a sequel to Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon.
Upon starting the game, the player can choose one of 5 characters (2 can be selected for co-op). The game is divided into four levels; each level being divided further into two sub-levels. The player will fight numerous enemies, mostly consisting of default Droids based on their manga incarnations. At the end of each level, a boss must be defeated to proceed.
Pressing a special button makes the character use a devastating attack that kills all lesser enemies on screen and causes significant damage to a boss character, although the use of the attack is limited. Bonus items can be picked up from the ground or found in breakable objects, usually in the form of food items that replenishes the life meter to varying degrees.
Chibiusa Mode is synonymous with an "Easy Mode". Chibiusa's sprite is too short to be hit by most attacks, and the enemies are also made easier to beat.
There is also bonus Battle Mode, which acts as a 1v1 arcade fighter for 2 players. Selecting this mode with only one player allows it to work as a training mode, with the other character remaining motionless.Action Fantasy
