I remember playing this game in my childhood. I mostly played single player missions against bots, but I liked that there were multiple objectives to pursue and it wasn't just multiplayer. I liked that there were multiple classes to choose from in this game. My favorite back then was the medic. I really hope this game comes to GOG to try again.
This is one of my childhood games. Used to play it all the time, AI in there posed quite a challenge despite everything. With friends we'd compare our favourite weapons, which mission was the hardest (third mission, if I remember right, Peru, in the first campaign, was hell for me).
What's more important? It had specialities, classes if you will. Each time you got shot, you could come back as a different specialist.
This game is nowhere to be found. But the community for it is living as far as I know, even if small. It's a not-so-popular title, somewhere between SWAT and Counter strike with how you can communicate with teammates with shortcuts.
It deserves a chance now, when we need such titles in the age of modern releases.
I would give this Game 10 Votes if i could. I really loved to play this one. I ordered a Copy of it on Amazon a few Years ago but as cursed as i am, the Game doesnt run on my PC because it cant work out the Compability Issues somehow. Even if it Co-existed together in the Counter Strike Era and other Multiplayer Shooter Games, it had its own rights to stand out. Having different Maps representating multiple Factions and Special Forces arround the Globe, able to pick either the Terrorists or Counter Terrorists, selecting your Type of Class like Demolitions, Recon, Heavy Gunner etc. sounds like a little mix of Team Fortress and Counter Strike but it stayed on its own rights. It was incredible Fun and i wished so much for this Game to find its way on an official Plattform to be able to play it again. Just a Classic from my Youth.
One of the first games I ever played, would bug my brother constantly to play it on his PC, spent many a hour and day, Sri Lanka was always my favourite mission, perfect mix of close quarter combat while also having long distances for sniping. Man, memories, heres to hoping

Nitemare 3DNitemare 3D (N3D) is a first-person shooter PC game with a horror theme, released by Gray Design Associates in 1994 for MS-DOS and Windows 3.1x platforms. Turrican II: The Final FightTurrican II: The Final Fight is a platformer/shooter as typically seen on consoles, but designed for home computers from the ground up.
Its plot is - naturally - very simple: an evil mega-robot called The Machine attacks the United Planets Ship Avalon 1, slaughtering all who resist. All - except Bren McGuire, who manages to escape and slips into the experimental Turrican bionic armor. As Turrican, he strives to show The Machine who's the boss.
Unlike other games of its type, this game contains three levels of horizontal shooter action in the spirit of R-Type or the developers' own Katakis. Six large worlds are to be explored, where you are basically free to go everywhere you want, since there is no automatic scrolling and the levels are packed with hidden extra lives and weapons. All those levels are very different: the first one in the rock desert is pretty colorful with parallaxing rainbow background and happy music, while the following worlds get darker and darker.Action Science fiction
