It's a fun rpg playing through all the events of digimon adventure plus a lot more like the movies, extra postgame and a lot of sidequests. A cool rpg to play if you are a digimon fan.

I didn't use to have many (actually any) Digimon fan friends and played this game alone. But one day, a friend and cousin came over to my house and saw me playing, and I invited them to play with me. We divided the digimon partners between us, I used Piyomon and Tentomon, my friend used Gabumon and Palmon, and my cousin Gomamon and Agumon. We played through the story, each taking the control when their digimon was the protagonist of the episode. They liked so much the game that i tried showing them more stories of the digimon universe and now I have more digimon fans to talk with and now I am much closer to my friend and cousin

One of the most faithful Digimon Adventure adaptations I've seen. Reliving the story through this lens (And seeing what could have been - those Warp Digivolutions look brilliant for the PSP) was such a breath of fresh air. Not only that, but the turn-based combat scratches the Final Fantasy itch just right. Having an upscaled and localized PC version would be excellent and a way for me to actually pay for the game.

This game was certainly a milestone for the Digimon series, one of the best games already based on the original animated series, it does not retell the story of the first series with the expansion and deepening of it in a way that, as never before, is a great gateway for those who do not know this franchise and for those who are already fans, it is a chance to revisit the Digi-world in a much more immersive way. and fun.

really liked the Digimon Adventure series as a child. I learned about this game a few years ago, and being able to play it on my PC would be a trip back to my childhood.
This is the game I love. Like in Digimon World 3 you can digivolve during battle, when digivolution is unlocked, and the most nice thing is that unlike anime, all characters gets to have their mega level form, all you need to do, is to get affinity up with all characters during dialogue sequences pretty much like in Digimon survive. GOG team you must save the digimon universe, we people have the power of vote, but all technical side comes to you. Please save this game.
Those games also need your vote!
Shining Force III: 3rd Scenario
Shining Force III: 3rd ScenarioScenario 3, Bulzome Rising, stars Julian, a mercenary who appears as a secondary character in both Scenario 1 and Scenario 2. He is for all intents and purposes the true main character of Shining Force III. His initial motivation as the story begins is to track down and kill Galm, one of, if not the, most powerful member of the Vandals, a powerful race of beings that existed over 1,000 years ago. Julian believes that Galm killed his father and is seeking revenge. This story arc is first introduced in an earlier Shining game, Shining the Holy Ark, in which Julian appears as a young boy who asks the party to search for his missing father. Julian joins Synbios in the midst of his quest in Scenario 1, but after an encounter with Galm, he is tossed over a waterfall at the suspension bridge and believed by Synbios' army to be dead. He reappears in Scenario 2, apparently washing ashore at the site of a battle between Medion's army and the Bulzome Sect. Knowing the sect's ties to the Vandals, Julian agrees to fight alongside Medion. As it becomes clear that the sect is trying to kill Gracia, a child intended to become the next Innovator (A Shining Series figure equatable to a god), Julian takes on the task of protecting him and helping him realize his destiny. Scenario 3 starts about 60% through scenario 2's story, and focuses primarily on battles against the Bulzome Sect and their allies in both Aspinia and Destonia. While scenarios 1 & 2 happen at roughly the same time, much of scenario 3 takes place after both, but there is some "overlap". Eventually Julian leads a three-party coalition consisting of the armies of both Synbios and Medion, to engage in the final conflict against Bulzome, a powerful Vandal long sealed in another dimension, and the true orchestrator of the conflict.

Parasite Eve II
Parasite Eve IIParasite Eve II is an action role-playing survival horror video game released exclusively for the PlayStation. The game was developed by Square and published in Japan in 1999 and in both North America and, unlike the previous game, in PAL regions in 2000. It is the sequel to Parasite Eve and the second game in the series of the same name. Parasite Eve II is set several years after the events in the original game. The protagonist from the first game, Aya Brea, also features in this game as the playable character. She becomes involved with another outbreak of Mitochondrial creatures. Gameplay diverges from the previous game: battles take place in real time and the area of action is less restrictive. The approach is more typical of traditional survival horror games, although some role-playing elements are retained.

Chrono Cross
Chrono CrossCHRONO CROSS, the sequel to the SNES favorite CHRONO TRIGGER, is one of the most ambitious role-playing games ever made. There are over 40 playable characters, each with their back-story, special moves, abilities, and weapons. The story spans two discs and follows the story of Serge, a young man who is able to cross dimensions. Suddenly he is pulled between worlds, trying to figure out his own past at the same time. The graphics are bright and beautiful, utilizing the PlayStation's capabilities to the fullest. The polygonal character models are huge and detailed, and the pre-rendered backgrounds are immaculately detailed. The music is composed and arranged by Yasunori Mitsuda, and features very realistic-sounding synthesizers. The battle system revolves around Elements, which are used to grant magical powers, as well as to summon huge monsters. For anyone that wanted to see the story of CHRONO TRIGGER continue, this is your chance.

Arc the Lad II
Arc the Lad IIThis direct sequel to "Arc the Lad" continues the unfinished story of the first game, but starts from a totally different perspective. You control a bounty-hunter named Elk, who suffers from amnesia. On his quest for his own true identity he discovers the powers hidden within him, and the destiny of his entire tribe. While pursuing his archenemy, Elk meets up with Arc, the hero of the first game, and then both realize they have been looking to destroy the very same evil. The battle system of "Arc the Lad II" is similar to the one used in its predecessor: in battles you can move your characters on the battle field, and your proximity to the enemies plays an important role. You cause and take different amounts of damage depending on your position on the battle field. Unlike the first game, this one is a full-fledged adventure/RPG, without the "strategy" feel of the predecessor. You move through the game world on your own, visiting towns and exploring dungeons.
