I got Cyberstorm 1 as a present and had no idea Cyberstorm 2 was a thing until I found it on sale second hand at a library having a fundraising drive... and so of course I pestered the heck out of my gran to get it for me.
It was exactly what a good sequel should be. More of most everything (except perhaps a little of the hidden humour) that made the first game fun. More hercs, more 'derms, more mission types, more planets, actual research, and even entirely new classes of unit for your synthetic pilots to panic in. And of course equipment granularity I've rarely seen surpassed in even full on RPGs decades later.
As a kid this game was my introduction into the concept of a dystopian future where corporations run everything. Run everything and battle for dominance with massive clone piloted mechs. Working your way up the corporate ladder by means of explosions was hilarious to me, and largely still is.
There are tons of weapon and system options for your Hercs (Mechs) and Bioderms (clones) that can completely change the way that you utilize them in the field. From creating a zippy Meteor hovertank for scouting to dropping a team of Apocalypse super heavy walkers that are effectively each a walking fortress, you have choices. Lay a minefield in a valley with a Mantis, lure the enemy through with a Meteor, and rain destruction on them with a cloaked Apocalypse. Or run a full team of cloaked scouts and snatch the target before the enemy even knows you're there.
Tactical thinking is rewarded on the battlefield and strategic during base management. Do well enough in both and be rewarded in the boardroom.

Wild Arms XFWild Arms XF is a 2D turn-based tactical role-playing game, creating a gameplay experience somewhere between Dungeons & Dragons and chess. Players are given control of a small squad of characters (six or less) and placed on a grid-based map resembling a geographical location (a swamp, a town, a river), upon which they fight battles to progress through the game. As with most T/RPGs, positional advantage can be critical to victory, and players are encouraged to outmaneuver their enemies as well as outgun them. The game emphasizes positioning and maneuvering by the inclusion of "Formation Arts," which increase attack damage when an enemy is surrounded by your characters in a line, a triangle or a circle. Wild Arms XF is a member of the small subsection of T/RPGs whose battlefields are based around hexagonal tiles instead of squares. "Combination Arts" return from previous Wild ARMs titles, allowing characters to target an enemy in a waiting state and then deliver their attacks simultaneously with the next ally to attack their target. If the player succeeds in executing an uninterrupted series of commands, the damage inflicted upon enemies will increase significantly. On the other hand, the enemy gets the same advantage.Fantasy

It's completely free-form: Start with fences for your exhibits, then pick animals and give them toys, foliage, and anything else you want. The zoo advisors will tell you how to make the animals happy, and the customers themselves will tell you what they're looking for, be it snacks, more animals, or anything else. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake EaterMetal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is the follow up to Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. It is the first prequel in the series, taking the series to the year 1964. The player takes the role as the series' original antagonist, Big Boss, then known as Naked Snake.
MGS3 is the first game in the series to take place in a jungle. This unique setting created an opportunity for new mechanics. The player can adapt to the environment by swapping Snake's camouflage, hunt animals and gather plants for food. This iteration in the series introduced a new feature in which the player must apply medicine and perform medical procedures on Snake if he is damaged in combat. Apart from the survival themed features, the controls and gameplay of the game are very similar to Metal Gear Solid 2. Like other Metal Gear games, the focus is on stealth, but the player can go through the entire game like a shooter if they choose to. Throughout the game Snake acquires weapons of all types; non-lethal firearms, handguns, sniper rifles, machine guns, shotguns, sub-machine guns, and explosives.
Metal Gear Solid 3 was the first game to implement the CQC (close quarters combat) system. CQC allowed Snake to beat enemies down to knock them out, or put them in a chokehold to knock them out, kill them, or and/or question them.
Metal Gear Solid 3's health system required the player to occasionally pause the game and treat Snake's ailments. When Snake is shot, there is a chance that the bullet didn't pass through him, requiring the player to use a knife to remove the bullet, apply disinfectant, apply styptic and bandage the wound. This was done through a submenu in the pause screen. Other ailments the player must treat Snake for include: leeches, broken bones, burns, cut, arrow/bolts/needles, stomach sickness, colds, and food/venom poisoning.
Adding to the survival elements of the game, Snake Eater lives up to its name by requiring the player to scavenge food for Snake. Under the life bar there is stamina bar. If Snake does not eat any food the bar depletes, causing various effects. When the stamina bar is low, the player's ability to aim is severely handicapped, Snake's hands will shake in the first person aiming mode. Just like real life, Snake's stomach can also rumble, enemy soldiers can hear this, and will be alerted to Snake's presence.Action Fantasy Historical Stealth Survival Drama
