It's something we're working on but we decided to release the game rather than wait an unknown amount of time before we could release the game with the theme song.

This means that we're asking permission to do so and have to wait for the official response from the publisher.

We tend to work with what we have/get from the publisher. It's the best we could do given the circumstances. It's really hard to get high quality artwork, in fact I'd say that's the hardest of them all. We manage to get the contract, get a working master and then no find out we have no additional assets.
