We cannot use unofficial patch before developer let us do this.
We wrote to developer and we are waiting for the reply.

We're sorry for the trouble caused by this oversight on our part ;-\
We were given our version by the publisher and then we made changes to make the game compatible on Vista and then we tested it fully on XP and Vista and were able to consistently complete the game on those systems.
We're now working to get approval from the publisher to include the patch in our game installer. We'll keep you posted of any updates.
Sorry once again for the trouble and we promise to be even more diligent in the future to ensure something like this doesn't happen again.

I add to the card sentence "This game has been patched to the latest version 1.03.24".
That means that we've got the approval for this patch :)
Now, the game you can download from "my account" page is patched latest patch version with all bugs fixed.
