Goonbridge: I notice that the number of upcoming games is down to 2, and TOCA 3 is set to be removed from the service.
Is everything ok with GOG or is it just a quiet period?
/a concerned goger

Hey Goonbridge, we're doing fine, thank you for the concern and don't worry :).
Regarding ToCA 3, please see this post. It has nothing to do with Codemasters - GOG.com cooperation :).
As for the number of games in "Upcoming" section - I'm sure that the list will get bigger when we'll announce next publisher (and then again the next one, and another one... :). And between the announcements we also have a bunch of other titles we're still working some magic on, making them compatible with Vista and stripping the drms from them, etc. They require a lot of extra work so we don't put them on Upcoming list, as it's really hard to give any eta to fix them (sometimes it might be a day and sometimes a few months ;). That's why we often do surprise releases.

Karlallen: I heard somewhere that you got the games before the DRM was even added?

Often, yes, but it's not always that easy :). Sometimes, with the help of game devs / publisher, we're doing some magic here and there. I wish I could elaborate more on the prep process, but (a) I'm not the best person to ask and (b) details are top secret I'm afraid ;).
Let's just say that in a perfect world we would always get a perfect master without xp / vista issues and with lots of hi res images, manual and bonus materials. But hey, it's not a perfect world, so we're trying to make it one ourselves ;)
