Once again big thanks to Paczyk for preparing the list! Bring it on!
Fallout series has always been one of my favorites. Fallout 2, in my opinion, is still one of the best cRPG's of all time with Fallout 1 not far behind. Fallout Tactics, on the other hand, is a great tactical strategy game to witch I like coming back to from time to time.
But the time passes by and after finishing those games numerous times it isn't really that rewarding anymore. You're basically starting to know every aspect of the game but luckily for us, the community of the series is still very active and new mods are being constantly released.
So are You ready to save the village/vault/world one more time ?! Here are some Fallout mods that will help You to keep those games fresh even after all this years. So buckle up and let's roll ! :)
Fallout 1
1: Team X unofficial patch
Even if you have never played this game before and you want to experience the original feeling, there are sill some tweaks that will help you to improve the game experience.
The purpose of this little fella' is to fix many bugs still present after latest official patch.

2: Timeslip Fallout engine tweaks for Windows 2000/XP/Vista
This modification gives Fallout UI more “up to date” functions like:
- Play Fallout in a window or in 16 bit color mode
- Use the mouse scroll wheel in the inventory, barter, conversation and save/load menus.
- Assign a use to the middle mouse button, and adjust mouse sensitivity beyond Fallout's normal range
- Fixes the broken pathfinder and sharpshooter perks

3: Fallout End Game mod
This one enables you to keep playing after the game ends.

4: Fallout CheatBoy v 1.2a
Very interesting mod, enables you to use various cheats in the game. Its always fun to bring reign of destruction at one press of a button :)

Fallout 2
1: Killap's Unofficial Patch
Its the Fallout 2 equivalent of Fallout 1 Team X unofficial patch. Fixes over 800 bugs without affecting the actual gameplay.
Killap's Unofficial Patch
2: Fallout 2 Restoration Project
This patch adds back all the content that was originally planned by the Fallout 2 developers, but was not present in the final version. Almost every location in the game has new NPC's and quests, there are some additional maps, items, etc. In general, this mod is worth having, but I recommend to use it after you beat the game once.
note: Resolution Project pack already includes the Killap's Unofficial Patch. Adding both mods to your game may cause some problems!
Fallout 2 Restoration Project
3: Fallout 2 Resolution Patch v 2.0
Want to play Fallout 2 with up to 1600x1200 resolution ?? This mod is for you ! Version 2.0 has very convenient in-game resolution setup and a nice art that covers all the back spots.

4: MIB88 MegaMod
This mod is a compilation of many smaller mods.
Info: http://falloutmods.wikia.com/wiki/MIB88_Megamod
I like it very much as it alters the game in very interesting way. If you are Fallout 2 diehard fan then adding this mod will change the game that it will surprise even you :)
note: Restoration Project and MIB88 MegaMod don't “like” each other, so choosing only one of those two is highly recommended. In addition, if you chose this mod then adding any other modification to your game may cause some issues.
MIB88 MegaMod
5: B-Team mod
The problem with Fallout 2 party members was that whatever armor you gave them to wear, the in-game look was always the same, so a guy in combat armor was wearing a Hawaiian shirt. This little mod changes it! You can now equip your teammates in a heavyset of power armors and watch the bullets glancing from their shining, creaturely polished, chest plates as they laugh while emptying their ammo clips and turning your opponents to red pile of goo, accompanied by cry of their children and scream of their woman ! ( sorry, couldn't help myself :) )
Note: this patch is already included in MIB88 MegaMod

6: Fallout 2 Very Difficult Mod 1.0
You say you have done it all? You say there is no more challenge for your skills in Fallout 2? Well guess again because this add-on turns the game into “nightmare” - you gain more experience from killing, but less ammo to fire and less stimpaks to eat. I really enjoyed this mode, it keeps the game challenging even after getting heavy weapons and power armors. You have to use tactics to win fights, just clicking “burst fire” and “reload” no longer gets things done :)

7: Timeslip Fallout 2 engine tweaks for Windows 2000/XP/Vista
Fallout 2 version of this patch. (look up for more info)

Fallout Tactics
1: Awaken
To be honest, I haven't heard of this mod before. So after reading its description I was rather skeptical. 30 hours of gameplay, great storyline, very small number of bugs? “This sounds too good to be true” - I thought. But then I started playing...after 2 hours I was stunned! Sure there are some bugs, but they are not very annoying and the game fully rewards for them, its simply a must have! I recommend this mod for any Fallout fan - it is free and you practically get an entire new game!
Installation note:
- install gog's Fallout Tactics
- sprite patch (not necessary)
- Awaken Mod
- Awaken mod English patch
This mod will create additional Directory named “Awaken” in your FT directory. Simply copy all files from Awaken to main game folder and replace all files.

2: FOT WW2 Mod

5: Realistic Gun
Gun geeks will love this one! This mod fixes some weapon inconsistencies in the game to make it more realistic.
Realistic Gun
6: Races Mod
Fallout Tactics allows you to control only human main characters, but with this mod you can chose between Super Mutants, Deathclaws, Ghouls, Robots and...human ;) It sure adds some variety to the game, maybe it isn't consistent with the storyline but being able, as a super mutant, to shoot from the most powerful weapon available without any additional equipment covers it :D

7: Additional Maps:
I think you should know what's it all about :)

8: HostalZa's Portrait Pack
You couldn't find an appropriate face for your carefully made character, from those available in the game? Well worry no more, with this little pack you can be anyone from ballerina to Dirty Harry!
