Oh come on guys... <I'm not writing this because it's to defend my company but rather because I was the one responsible for play... testing this title> Of course that nowadays you can play FarCry 8 and Duke Nukem Forever but I'll tell you one thing. Iron Storm is one of those Good Old Games that when you try to find players on public servers not only those servers are there but also there are players whom you can pwn or get pwned by. :) Not to mention the joy of ripping enemy soldiers to sherds with hand grenades or making them dizzy and/or dead by poisonous gas. :D
And if that's not enough there are other features. As it is a one-way game it's up to the player which turns he takes - by that I mean that you can play this game for a second time and still have some sport. No super bosses from hell here - you might face swarms of enemies or tactically difficult situations but not oversized potatoes wearing impenetrable armour and a gun that fires death. Also the feel of the Great War and the non-cliché story with interesting ending... What can I say? It worked like a charm on my machine and I had much fun testing it. And while testing multilayer we were rebuked for being over-joyful. :P
