In the upcoming website update (check out our latest newsletter), we'll be adding some nice new functionality to the whole website, including forums. One of new things will be an option in My Settings to change whether to go to the first page or last page when you click the topic name.

We strongly believe that we can create even better things by doing them custom, from the scratch, instead of "as everyone else does it". Actually the whole idea of GOG.com resembles that - fully web-based "on-demand" platform, without DRMs, without launchers, without activations, without limit on redownloads etc.
We understand that some people are used to standard forums software and we will constantly improve, add functionalities that people wish for (because there IS a huge room for improvement :). Still, considering our future website updates and plans, creating the custom forums was really the best way :)
