Hey Folks, some nice ideas here ;) ..and we pretty much have the same ones :)
However, it's getting copyright permissions to get the additional materials as free which tends to be problem. We're constantly on the look out and we push the devs to look in their deep archives to find stuff, though a lot of things get lost or simply cannot be found.
Some things which we include as additional materials cannot be included with the games in the installer, as it then changes the licenced pack. But in time, with good results, we may win our way yet :)
Materials like music or books are difficult as we have to track down the owners of the materials which are not necessarily the publishers or developers. Things take time..
If you have more ideas, keep them coming, as it's nice to see them and who knows, maybe we've missed something.. :)

Zombus: I'm totally agreeing with you on this one. ;)
One major reason I take into consideration whether to buy a game or not is actually the existence of a soundtrack as an addition ...

That is sadly out of our hands sometimes, as we have to ask permission to distribute such additions and sometimes we don't get permission as the copyright belongs to someone else.
You'll have to wait to see what the Product Team can get permission to release - let's hope there will be some good news on this front :)
