they do not reserver the right to lie and say "according to gog policy we cannot refund a game played over 2 hours"!
I am having a lot of trouble finding this exact quote in your ticket history. Could you please send me the ticket ID so I can take a closer look at the wording the agent used?

Other than that, other users already said all that could be said: please be aware that every game is somehow different. 2 hours of playtime of The Witcher 3 is super short in comparison to 2 hours in... for example, When the Past Was Around (great game by the way).
