This is a free DLC for all the owners of the first Hard West game. As for implementation and hiding it, let me check in with the team and I'll get back to you.

FalloutDefault: If this is a free DLC for the first game, why does it appear as a DLC for Hard West 2 in the owned games list?
No, no, that's a DLC for the second game. It's just given out for free to people who own HW1.

I've sent a question about it to the store team, will let you know once I hear anything back.
Still working this out, I'll have to ask you for a little more patience.

AWG43: To GOG staff:

Can you comment this point of your user agreement (6.7, see pinned image). Do we have a choice in case of Direct to Account Distribution or not?
Direct to Account Distribution is a feature present in case of buying a GOG game through a partnered platform, not when you're receiving a product directly from GOG; not relevant to the topic at hand.

An update regarding the "hide" option for the DLC in question: since it involves modifying a rather complex system (not just the "hide" mechanism, but the general structure of the library), the team will need a little more time to research this case and make sure we can implement a change without some core aspects breaking. No ETA for now but we'll do our best to make sure it happens soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.

paladin181: You guys couldn't have set the flag for owning both games to add this?
This is also something we're gonna be looking into, to make sure such cases are handled better in the future.

fronzelneekburm: I don't believe you.
You don't have to. It doesn't change a fact that it's not a "marketing ploy" as some of you assume, and it is an issue that our IT is currently working on. Please don't spread misinformation.
I am actively following the progress of developing a fix and, as stated before, I will let everyone know once it's done.

ryanjbury: Yep, so this is annoying. I mean, I'm happy with having some free stuff, I guess, just in case I ever do purchase the game (I enjoyed the first one) - but in the meantime, the option to hide the game given I don't even own it would be appreciated! Why is this even not working?
