sorry if you are experiencing this issue. Like BKGaming mentioned, Remote Desktop is not something we currently support. For anybody in the future, if you think this is not your case, please open an issue at http://mantis.gog.com, attaching your logs and any information about your machine that you might find relevant (for example using other remoting software, using Active Directory, or having any non-basic setup in terms of user accounts).
