Just don't write again if you already reported the issue to Support. :)

Also, make sure to send us a link to your Steam profile (and make sure that it's Public) - this will make things easier.

We'll get back to you as soon as we can - if not by the end of this week, then early next week. We're still recovering from the post-promo madness. :)
