Story:You play as a young teenager named Jude Maverick. You live in a quiet village that floats high above the ground, unaware of the world that lies beneath it. But one day, your world is shattered to pieces, and you descend onto the earth to face the terrible reality: the world of Filgaia was devastated by wars. A few settlements amidst rusty tanks is all that is left of civilization. The democratically elected government has some plans for improving the conditions of the world, but as you meet a young girl whom they used as a tool for their purpose, you realize you must find a better plan to save her, and the world, from complete destruction.
The fourth installment of the Wild Arms series abandons its traditional Wild West theme and is set in a post-apocalyptic world. The gameplay system introduces hex-based battles. Battle screens are divided into seven hexes, each one of which can hold several party members or foes. You navigate your characters on the battle field, trying to force the enemy into an uncomfortable position. There is also a variety of skills you can learn and apply in battles to get benefits. Eldorado Gate Volume 6El Dorado Gate is console gaming's first serial RPG series, where each Dreamcast GD-ROM contains 3 seperate (though interrelated) adventures, each telling a story of one of the series' 12 characters. Lennus II: Fuuin no ShitoThe second game in the Lennus / Paladin's Quest series. The games development was very troubled and took four years instead of the planned two. Upon release it sold very poorly, even after being promoted through Nintendo Power. This caused the plans for Lennus III to be shelved.
The magic system have been expanded to eight spirits representing the elements Fire, Light, Wind, Gold, Earth, Sky, Water and Void. Which can be combined or used separately for a total of 36 spells. Instead of building up a spirit skill rating by using the spells relating to the spirit, in Lennus II you power up the spirits by defeating monsters and earning spirit-specific experience points in addition to the normal experience points.
A Nintendo Power version of the game was released in 1997.Fantasy
Oni Zero: FukkatsuLong ago, during the Heian period, there was a village where humans and ghosts coexisted peacefully. Oni Zero: Fukkatsu is traditional Japaneses turn-based RPG, and the last title in the series produced by series creators Pandora Box. The game follows the same formula laid out by Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy. Characters carry different elemental alignments, which affects their combat capabilities. As their abilities grow, the characters can learn special transformation attacks, and find many different spirits to aid their quest.
The game also features connectivity with other games in the Pandora Max Series. Extra unlockables are available for those who own other titles in the series.
Dungeons & Dragons: Warriors of the Eternal SunDungeon & Dragons: Warriors of the Eternal Sun is set in the world of Mystara, a setting of the Dungeons & Dragons game. The characters find themselves in a strange, red-hued world in which the horizon slopes upward in all directions, eventually vanishing into a crimson haze at the limits of sight. Their mission is to find and make allies in this new world or else the kingdom and its culture will perish.
The player leads a party of four characters (either the default party or one that the player has created). Characters and races can be chosen from the normal D&D options. The gameworld is viewed from an isometric perspective and the characters can roam around in realtime. Battles are turn based.
