I own this on Steam and enjoy it quite a bit. It's a very satisfying stealth game that gives you some decent tools to deal with any mistakes you may have made. I like stealth gameplay that encourages you to stick to the shadows but doesn't outright punish you with an instant game over when you mess up. Screwing up here can quickly result in having to reload, but it does give you a few powerful tools to recover in most cases and there's some decent weapons you can get your hands on to defend yourself when the action heats up when things go awry. The WWII atmosphere and setting is really cool, being loosely based on a real person and giving us a unique perspective that we don't usually get from WWII-inspired titles.
The original developers behind this title unfortunately shut down shortly after the game was released, and it seems the original publisher is also defunct, so it's a mystery at this point who actually owns this and could get it in the hands of GOG so they could take over as stewards of the title, ensuring its long-term compatibility and operation. Since the game seems to exist in some type of limbo it'd be great to have GOG take over and give it a permanent home.
TurokTurok is a first-person shooter developed by Propaganda Games, and published by Touchstone Games and Disney Interactive Studios, originally for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in February 2008. It was later ported on to Microsoft Windows in April 2008. A sequel was planned and developed for the Xbox 360 but it was cancelled before it was even officially announced.
The game is loosely based on the comic book series of the same title and is unrelated to the story and setting of previous Turok video games. Players assume the role of Native American space marine Joseph Turok, who is part of a team sent to a remote planet to apprehend his previous commanding officer, General Roland Kane, now a wanted war criminal. After crash landing, Turok discovers this planet is home to all manner of dinosaurs, and must fight both the predatory creatures and Kane's private army on his mission to take down his former mentor.Action Science fiction
Command & Conquer: The First DecadeCommand & Conquer: The First Decade is a compilation of the Command & Conquer series' games published from 1995 to 2003, all bundled into one DVD and updated to run optimally on Windows XP. It was released on February 7, 2006 and sold for the price of one retail game. Command & Conquer: RenegadeRenegade's story takes place during the final days of the First Tiberium War originally depicted in Command & Conquer. As the player plays through a mission, the in-game EVA, or Electronic Video Assistance, periodically updates with mission objectives. EVA logs and updates all objectives and their current status. Objectives are categorized into three categories: primary, secondary and tertiary. The completion of primary objectives are crucial for that mission's success. Secondary objectives are not required for mission completion, but may assist in game play.
