I played this game a lot with my older sibling.
This was a weird, but amazing game. And so much fun - we loved the claymation.
Sadly, we never got to finish this game...
For pure nostalgia (and on a mission), I would love to play this game again to relive the experience. And of course finish the game to get the ending we wanted to see, atleast once in my lifetime!
So, I have two distinct memories of this game. One is phoning back and forth with my cousins who also had this game and telling each other what new things we discovered while playing, eventually reaching the end of the game and just reveling in finally beating Klog. The second one is playing this game with my best friends almost 15 years later and just enjoying the goofiness of the game, and loving the music. Amazing game that gave me amazing memories.

The 3rd BirthdayThe game is an action role-playing game described by Square Enix as a "cinematic action RPG". Director Hajime Tabata noted that the gameplay and plot are intertwined due to a newly introduced ability called "Overdive," an ability that lets the player switch bodies with one of their team members, allowing them to control friendly NPCs. Teammates can be ordered either to target specific enemies or to defend themselves in combat. The player is able change their controlled character in real-time, intermixed with their combat actions.
