A great action beat em up game, dynasty warriors-like which is the best in the series, the series is dead with no new game in the horyzon, it would be great to keep it alive in GOG
A great Warriors-lite game with fun characters, gorgeous graphics, tight and addicting gameplay, beautiful levels, and writing that'll make you laugh your head off and then suckerpunching you in the feels before cracking you up again. As the user before me said, the franchise doesn't look like it'll be active again anytime soon; I don't see any reason why the games already available shouldn't branch out to find a new home on Good Old Games. Worst case scenario, more sales and more money for Marvelous. Best case scenario, with hopium being inhaled to a dangerous degree, my favourite franchise of the 2010s comes back to life.

Amazing series. If you look deeper than what you can find on the images, you will find amazing characters with amazing backstories. You might even relate to some of them. Dealing with the pressure of being a descendant of someone powerful, living in poverty, isolating yourself from society, ... . What for most people started with a naughty fighting game has stayed in most peoples hearts as a comfort series, where you can just forget everything that is going on in your life and go back to a simpler time. Simple yet deep games, that make you laugh right after making you emotional. I will never understand how the series basically ended, because the corporations behind it are more and more against fanservice. How can ultra violent games keep coming out, while games that just show a bit of skin are being discontinued. Please bring the rest of the series to GOG so more people can experience them, while people that already love them can finally have them locally backed up (without a DRM) so they can always go back to their comfort games.

Devil KingsDevil Kings is in the same vein as the Dynasty Warriors series. Whereas in Dynasty Warriors, however, Koei focuses on ancient Chinese history, Devil Kings focuses more on feudal Japan, but with a fictional setting with the ability to use modern day weapons such as chain guns and shotguns as well as fighting legendary and fictional characters from the past.
The story takes place as the Devil King, a king possessed by the soul of the Devil, has unleashed an unholy army on the world to bend it to his will as the player must stop him along with many of his minions including his wife Lady Butterfly, his general the Red Minotaur, as well as loyal assassins Scorpio and Venus.
The gameplay is more arcade hack-and-slash style, with the ability of using magic spells to wipe out entire waves of enemies and as mentioned before, the ability to use modern day weapons along with historical weapons such as spears, swords among others.
