the number one Total War game in the series ! Especially the Original Version for me. So many memories and moments from this game... if it comes to GOG... this platform will gain lots of new users.

Whenever I think of the Roman Empire, I think of this game. I used to play it until the explored (and conquered) map got too huge for my PC at the time to load. Every sound, every track of music is immediately memorable and every line is quotable. UNIIIIITS! FORM TESTUDO!

This one was the breaking point of RTS games for me. The 3D epic battles where unit types, positioning, and tactics really mattered - including the sieges - blew me away. Add to that the grand campaign map which let you evolve your cities and family, whilst conquering the world with your nation (and reading some important quotes on loading screen) really brought this game to a peak. And the historical scenarios - whilst really difficult - were also very fun to play. I still own a CD for the Gold Edition (which includes the Barbarian Invasion - also amazing - expansion), and hope to one day see this one and the whole series on GOG one day.

The second best total war game ever made after Medieval II. My favorite time period. Not very historical but if you ignore that still fun. Rome II is dreadful even after a decade of updates.

I remember playing this game with my friend.. got my ass handed to me every single time :( but i knew it was a good game, the game is quite old by now, but that alone in my opinion makes it a great candidate for GOG plus, as far as i know this game has no licensed things in it (ei: music, real life brands, etc. etc..)
Those games also need your vote!
Monster Hunter
Monster HunterMonster Hunter is an online action-hunting game by CAPCOM for the PlayStation 2 released on March 11th, 2004 in Japan, and September 21st, 2004 in North America. The game is a fantasy hunting simulator filled with many deadly monsters. Like actual hunting, successfully killing or capturing the monsters requires significant strategy, skill and involved resource management. While initially considered a commercial failure, Monster Hunter would go on to become one of CAPCOM's highest selling franchises. Despite featuring an offline mode, Monster Hunter was primarily an online game. The official servers were shut down on December 31, 2007 in North America and Europe, and July 1, 2011 in Japan. This means that it is now impossible to play online on official CAPCOM servers. Despite this, the game still features a small active community on private servers.
