Story:007: Nightfire is a first-person shooter featuring the character of the British secret agent James Bond and a sequel to Agent Under Fire. The game marked Pierce Brosnan's fourth appearance as James Bond before the release of his fourth and final Bond film Die Another Day. His likeness was featured in the game, but not his voice, which was provided by Maxwell Caulfield. Overall there are many weapons that the player can carry including grenades of various sorts and other types of explosives. In addition, there are numerous amounts of mounted weapons found throughout the game. As with previous James Bond games, the weapons that appear are based on actual weapons, but with the names changed. Some weapons appear in the console version but not the PC version, and vice-versa.Show more

Sorry but not the PC version. The consoles ones (like the gamecube version) were WAY better because the PC version was made by some other studio and plays completely different (in a bad way unfortunately).
It was SO much fun back in the day, I can go get my game and play it on the wii or my gamecube right now if I really wanted to. The single player story was an original idea. I have so many fond memories of this game and it's definitely not the nostalgia.
Game also had some good music, some of the levels had multiple routes to complete your task. This game (console versions!) was polished so well. The only criticism I can remember from people was the last driving mission under water and the checkpoint system being to far apart. But almost all the other driving missions were a lot of fun.
I would definitely buy this game for PC if it's the console versions. Since there hasn't been any sign of a fun 007 game for a LONG time.
Also would mention more stuff like multiplayer but GOG keeps censoring my comment I guess cause I talk about actual gamplay in it which is a no no I guess. Come on GOG!
The console version of Nightfire was an excellent Bond game. A cool blend of gadgets, guns and vehicle based missions, it was hugely fun. I hope that it can be re-released for more gamers and Bond fans alike. The multiplayer had a fantastic set of maps and modes with bots which allowed for hours of fun!
I've never played the console versions of this game, although I've heard that they include driving sequences that the PC version omitted. Nevertheless, I think the PC version stands on its own merits. The graphics were good for the time, and the X-Ray vision worked particularly well. It didn't require too much in terms of hardware. I completed the entire game on a laptop.
The game might not be Splinter Cell or Max Payne - but it was a real classic at the time and one of the best PC games of early 2000s. I would really love to play the game now. GOG bring it back
grałem w tą część na kompie XP i Vista ale wiem że ta gra jest i chciałbym żeby była wydana po polsku bo już sama grafika i i misje tak samo też fajne w niej .
This, N64 GoldenEye, N64 World is Not Enough and Everything or Nothing and N64 Tomorrow Never Dies) give Brosnan the weird position of making a generation remember him fondly as Bond but completely unable to recall most of his movies. The two greatest shames about the game are the Gearbox PC version not being the console version, and that it's too late to bring Brosnan back to replace his impersonator (he sounds way too old now).
The console version of this 1000% needs to come to PC. I miss this title so badly. I must have spent hundreds of hours in this game just playing again and again. I used to play the multiplayer with AI on because I didnt have any friends to play with. It helped keep me sane all through my teenage years.
This was mi first multiplayer experience when i was a little i didn't even know that it was multiplayer just that the bots are very good this game is very dear to me
Console version, console version, console version. Please avoid the Gearbox PC version at all costs, it's not what this game is known for, it's a legit mess. The console version is absolutely peak Bond gameplay.

The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo.
As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity.
Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control.
