One of the best horror series of all time. Releasing the entire PS2 trilogy would be a dream come true. These games are stuck on old dying hardware but the forth and fifth entry are available on PC. This would be the perfect oportunity to bring the whole series to a modern platform and preserving it forever.

This is the Fatal Frame I still come back to to this day. I loved searching for horror games on the ps2, but this one stuck with me not just for the atmosphere, but it's also got a excellent and underapreciated survival horror gameplay that in my opinion peaked in 3. I'm hoping not just for Fatal Frame 3, but the other titles as well.

It is genuinely tragic that the PS2-era Fatal Frame games have not been re-released/re-mastered. These games are extremely worthy of preservation. While I played the first two games- I never had the chance to play Fatal Frame 3, and now these games are very hard to acquire. Please bring these games to PC, they deserve to be preserved and made available to more audiences!

Fatal Frame is one of the most unique horror series i have ever play and among those, while the second entry is the obvious fans favorite but for me the third entry is my all times favorite. Not just as a Fatal Frame games but this my number one favorite games of all times. It's a genuinely beautifull story with amazing character, and among other protagonist of the series Rei is somewhat relateable to me both in profession and as person. To make this game (and the first 2 game included) lost in times is a crime, we must preserve this amazing games. And if that happen hopefully with the Japanese dub option too.
Fatal Frame III: The Tormented (2005) – Horror Within a Dream Story & Memory: You play as Rei Kurosawa, haunted by guilt and pulled into a dream world where the boundaries of sleep and death blur. The game brilliantly ties together the first two Fatal Frames, creating a trilogy that deepens the lore and gives closure. Why It Belongs on GOG: It’s rare to find a horror game that handles grief so maturely while still delivering genuine scares. Fatal Frame III deserves to be on GOG for its storytelling, immersive design, and preservation as the emotional and spiritual conclusion to a legendary trilogy.

Sorcerer
SorcererMany centuries ago, the Earth was ruled by Sorcerers and Wizards. They possessed mystical powers capable of both good and evil. The most respected influences in the land were from the good Sorcerers. This fact continually disturbed the evil Wizards, and they eventually decided to use their power to conquer the countryside and enslave its people. They devised a plan to systematically eliminate the good Sorcerers by sending wave after wave of diabolical creatures to ravage the world. As the bravest of the good Sorcerers you have been asked to destroy these forces and save the planet. As a reward for your bravery: whenever you overcome or destroy a creature, you will receive a treasure. Knowing your bravery the Wizards have done everything within their power to keep you from succeeding. They don't believe you will survive their first three waves of evil, but just in case you do they have several surprises waiting, Only you can discover through bravery and talent how evil they can become. To give you more power over the Forces of Evil the good Sorcerers have provided a magical Flying Platform. When you start on your journey you should first catch this elusive platform. You can continue without it, but only the foolish would dare to do so. Once on the Flying Platform you can go anywhere on the screen to avoid or destroy the enemy. The good Sorcerers have also given you four lives to use against the Forces of Evil.

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.
