Truely must have. Duke = legend. Level design is quite nifty.
As a kid I remember how I would try to imagine these places as real places.
Like, what kind of place would this be if it was real. And how should I interpret this texture?
Only to find out that that stimulates fantasy.
I would buy the **it out of those whole series I spent so much time as a kid no internet rocking it out on all 3 versions of this game, time well wasted across the board.
One of the first games I remember playing on the old Windows 3.1 rig my parents had when I was little. Not sure I ever got past the first level back then, but that didn't stop me from having a good time.
Duke's second main outing where he fights against alien invaders for the first time after saving the world from Proton's techbots from the previous game. After being captured by the Rigelatins, Duke breaks free and explores an exotic planet that isn't earth to fight back to save his home planet once again from this new threat. This is basically a 16-bit style upgrade of the classic Duke Nukem side-scrolling action that features different weapons, new enemies, and a rocking memorable soundtrack that doesn't get enough appreciation which sadly got cut out in the 2023 remastered re-release. Like the first game, the levels are designed with free exploration, collectables that contain extra points, and baddies to blast away. Duke Nukem 2 predates Duke 3D and it's also an important part of the main series just like with Duke 1 Both titles don't get enough recognition by many despite having some background and references that can be seen in 3D. Duke Nukem 2, along with the rest of the Duke Nukem series deserves to live on forever.
Duke Nukem II is notably better than the original in every possible way. This is among the very best Duke Nukem games. You get four episodes worth of levels taking on aliens. You get to explore with some tricky enemy placements. I actually like a few levels has vehicles you can ride around in. The intro just sticks with you to a degree. I know people will be a little funny how to bring this DOS game back. I would say the overall audio is leagues beyond the original. The bosses is a little rememberable as well. I would even go as far to say the second best main Duke Nukem game behind Duke 3D. I felt a lot of his traits came from this game.

Die Hard ArcadeDie Hard Arcade is a beat 'em up for two players, who play as either John McClane or Chris Tompsen (Bruno Delinger and Cindy Holiday in the original Japanese version). Players fight their way through waves of enemies, using their fists, feet, and a variety of weapons that can be collected from enemies or the environment, from household items such as brooms and pepper shakers to high-damage missile launchers and anti-tank cannons. Most weapons are automatically lost at the end of each action scene, but hand guns can be retained so long as they have ammunition remaining. The typical level structure is a number of minions the player must defeat in many rooms, followed by a boss. Bosses can be anything from human minions of White Fang to spider robots. Quick Time Events are interspersed between many of the scenes. In these events, the player(s) may be running and turning a corner and they face an enemy, so they must perform a designated command to avoid being injured or to help defeat an enemy. In some cases failing a Quick Time Event will result in loss of health, as is usual for QTEs, but failing most will put the player characters into an additional action scene which they otherwise would not have to complete. Virtua Cop 2During the events of the first, the original Virtua Cops, Michael "Rage" Hardy and James "Smarty" Cools shut down the E.V.I.L Inc. criminal empire. Three of its leaders, King, Boss, and Kong are all in the maximum security federal pen. And the final, fourth member of the E.V.I.L Inc. gang, international terrorist Joe Fang is believed to have been killed in a helicopter crash, though his body was never found. After the downfall of E.V.I.L Inc., a comprehensive investigation of their black market and gun-running activities was launched in the Virtua City bank.
Last year it looked as though the Virtua Squad had finally put an end to the E.V.I.L Syndicate’s reign of crime over Virtua City. The gangleaders were all either behind bars, in intensive care, or under 6 feet of dirt. And the Virtua City Police Special Investigations Unit got a new member in the shape of Janet Marshall, an expert in criminal psychology profiling.
Then trouble started brewing in unlikely places.... The vice-president of the Virtua City Bank was killed in shady circumstances that were only officially termed "accidental". And the swollen accounts of the now-defunct E.V.I.L Syndicate, which he had been suspected of laundering, were emptied overnight. The missing funds amounted to more than the GNP of most small countries.
Meanwhile, on the other side of town, alarms break the quiet and calm of the Virtua City air. A daring daylight raid on the biggest jeweler’s in the state!
