DMC1 and DMC3 are the best action games of history and share amazing characters, like Dante, amazing OST and a unique battle system. Can't ignore such amazing games. I grew up with them, I still hope for a next chapter

I got DMC3 because I thought my pc wouldn't handle dmc4 (and that it would be waaay to expensive). I loved it even despite the clunky keyboard controls. To this day one of my most beloved games. The coolnes of the combat, the awesomness of the cutscenes! And the banter that inevitably makes me smiles each time I hear it. I broke my keyboard on that game (literally, the jump button stopped working after that damned jumping puzzle with cubes). DMC1 I don't have that strong of an attachment... But it did spawn my favourite genre... DMC2 can be called a historical cuirosity.

Despite DMC2 also being included a truly solid compilation game. This is really packed with content to keep you busy for hours possibly months. Mostly fantastic music with great sound effects. You get so much depth within the game play. The bonus stuff is just icing on top of this cake. This also a great one to get into the franchise with. Three times the Dante with more than enough demons to slay. There's some rather challenging higher difficulties if you're into that. Plenty of alternative skins across all three games to wear. It's truly amazing stuff at it's core.

It's been 7 years and it bothers me why Capcom has no interest of brining this classic to GOG. There's no online leaderboards and there is no need for the game to be attached to a DRM most of the time on Steam. Maybe for achievements, sure. But who cares?! I don't. I just wanna hack n'slash some demons like in the old PS2 days! Get QLOC or General Arcade to port this to GOG for god sake!
Why Devil May Cry HD Collection Should Be on GOG and Why It’s Capcom’s Best Remaster The Devil May Cry HD Collection stands as one of Capcom’s finest remasters, bringing together the iconic trilogy that helped define the stylish action genre. Originally released on PS2 and later remastered for modern systems, this collection features Devil May Cry (2001), Devil May Cry 2 (2003), and the fan-favorite Devil May Cry 3: Dante’s Awakening Special Edition (2006). It’s more than nostalgia—it’s a time capsule of genre-defining design, now presented with polished visuals and smoother performance. What makes this HD Collection exceptional is how faithfully it retains the original games’ style, attitude, and gameplay, while updating them for a modern audience. The increased resolutions, steady frame rates, and widescreen support give the trilogy a fresh coat of paint without sacrificing its core charm. Unlike some remasters that alter original content or mechanics, Capcom chose to preserve what made the series great while enhancing playability on newer hardware. Each game in the collection showcases Dante’s evolution from mysterious demon hunter to wisecracking antihero. DMC3, in particular, is often cited as one of the best action games of all time for its deep combat mechanics, replayability, and difficulty balance. Bringing Devil May Cry HD Collection to GOG would make these legendary titles accessible DRM-free, ensuring their preservation and allowing PC gamers to experience the best version without the hassle of launchers or restrictions. It’s a piece of gaming history that belongs in every action fan’s digital library.

These games is literally one of the first games I remember playing on the ps2, it made me learn how to actually play games, learning how to move, attack all at the same time. I was just a young child playing this game, running around just doing random things and getting lost a lot and my uncle helping me beat bosses. But it is what made me get into games and how I learned how to even play games, having this game on GOG would mean that it'd be preserved forever on my storage device and also be played by my kids someday without worry of it disappearing. Even i have a soft spot for dmc2 as i played that as well as a kid, and that game should also be preserved.

I played this game on PS4. While there is already a PC version that is being sold on Steam, it would be lovely to see this compilation on GOG for newcomers to the series. As a person that had a PS2 but missed many classics of that era, I was a rather late comer to the series when I played this on PS4. DMC1 and DMC3 are really good games that still holds up really well. In particular, DMC3 is a must play if you like action games but don't you dare skip DMC1! DMC1 is also a must play but not necessarily due to its action... just play it. This compilation entered my life when I was getting bored with the similarity between the games I was playing. So, playing this game was quite refreshing and maybe even saved the joy I get from gaming. DMC2 on the other hand... offf... it is bad. The moment I started that game, I felt displeased. My whole positive mood from DMC1 was gone until DMC3 restored it. But DMC2 is also short enough to finish it in 2-3 sittings. It is possible to beat DMC2 by only shooting your pistol in most cases (though not all). In fact, I would recommend it so you can get rid of the game faster. Why play properly when the game is so bad that it rewards pistol spamming and punishes you when you want to play it in more proper fashion. This, alongside the terrible story, is the reason why DMC2 is a bad game.

Final Fantasy Type-0
Final Fantasy Type-0Final Fantasy Type-0 is set within Orience, a land divided between four nations or "Crystal States". Each nation has crystals of power based on the Four Symbols, which are in turn their national emblems. The Dominion of Rubrum uses the Vermillion Bird Crystal, which controls magic; the Milites Empire controls the White Tiger Crystal, containing the power of science and weapons; the Kingdom of Concordia uses the Azure Dragon Crystal, containing the power of Dragons; and the Lorican Alliance is home to the Black Tortoise Crystal, containing the power of shielding. Each nation has an academy, or Peristylium, to research and protect the country's respective crystal. The crystals have the ability to mark humans as their countries' servants. These servants, called l'Cie, are branded with a symbol and are given a "Focus", a task to complete. While blessed with long life and the ability to transform into crystal, l'Cie are cursed to lose their memories over time. The people of Orience also lose their memories of the dead, so they will not be held back by any past regrets and continue strengthening their souls through conflict, a mechanism put in place by the crystals for the convenience of the deities who crafted them. The main aim of many characters is to become Agito, a legendary figure who will appear and save the world from Tempus Finis, an apocalyptic event that will destroy Orience.

GetsuFumaDen
GetsuFumaDenIn the first years of the Demon Age, a horrible demon named "Dragon Master" was revived by his minions in hell. To protect the peace of the overworld, the two eldest Fuuma brothers fought the Dragon Master. Both were unable to defeat him and were killed, losing their legendary Wave Swords, also called Hadoukens. To avenge their deaths, the last of the Fuuma brothers vowed to slay the Dragon Master, and take back the Hadoukens. Getsu Fuuma Den is an action game with slight RPG elements. You travel through the overworld on pre-determined paths, which branch most of the time, leading you to shops, places where you can encounter other characters, and dungeons. Once you descend into a dungeon, you navigate your character on a platform, jumping and fighting enemies with your sword or other weapons. There are also a few first-person dungeons later in the game. In the dungeons you can collect money and then use it to buy weapons and other accessories on the overworld.
