The "F2P Monster Hunter alternative". It was a fun take on the genre, with nice graphics; interesting world and monsters; accessible combat and quite nice music. Hell, even the update that killed the game wasn't as bad (aside from the slew of bugs it (re)introduced) gameplay wise... It just gutted the whole "craft weapons from the parts of the monsters you've slain" aspect... Which admittedly was a big issue...
If it somehow appeared on GOG, even if just a solo game (I suspect that asking for a LAN coop might be too much), I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Alas, the other alternative is to hope for a spiritual successor of some sort...
