As one of the only games I still physically own for the original Xbox, it remains among my favorite platforming adventure games. The fight with the great mighty poo, storming the beach during the war, going through a haunted house as a vampire slayer, and more. So many great memories I wish that I could share with everyone. This game is my dream to see on this platform.
Not gonna lie, this game is not for everyone. However, i will say if this somehow ends up on GoG one day, i hope it will be uncensored from the get go, or have an option toggle in settings. Unfortunately this remake that ended up on xbox was censored unless you played multiplayer enough for points to unlock it, but by the time i got it, the servers were shut down, so my entire playthrough was filled with bleeps and so forth.
Despite being too soon for a remake. It actually was somewhat decent. They added in cut stuff mostly in It's War chapter. They also completely removed the original multiplayer. The newer multiplayer is alright at best. They censored the dialogue a little more. I could see some preferring this over the original N64 version. Not to mention both versions currently playable on newer Xbox consoles. I still think either version deserves to be on GOG. Just like the original version, this has a lot of personality. Some rather funny jokes with a couple being mess up. They did somewhat improve the gun controls for It's War chapter. Still technically the second best Conker game.

A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival.
Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed.
The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo.
As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity.
Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. Resident Evil 4: Wii EditionResident Evil 4: Wii Edition features the bonus content from the PS2 version and has many alterations compared to previous ports, taking Wiimote aiming into account: the shooting mechanism uses a much larger reticule that turns from green to red when an enemy is targeted as opposed to a very narrow laser sight, a "quick knife" command is added that auto-targets the nearest enemy or object, and motion sensitive quick time event prompts are included as well as button presses.
Visually the game is on par with the original GameCube version, as opposed to the somewhat inferior graphics of the PlayStation 2 version, although in very few instances the inferior PS2 graphics are mistakenly retained, such as herbs having lower detail models in some places. The P.R.L. 412 was significantly upgraded and now shoots several beams instead of just one. The Wii version also supports the Wii's Classic Controller, which reverts aiming and the laser sight back to the original format. The only other noticeable differences are that the game seems significantly easier, and that all of Leon's actions appear to move slightly faster.Action Horror Survival
