Oh my goodness. The people over at AMD fixed everything for me. No stuttering, smooth running animations, I can now enjoy this even MORE, which is mind blowing. I know there were hotfixes out there, but I wanted to wait until they have the official version out. I just got mine today and tested it out. :D

Please, AMD peeps, especially the Radeon folk, pick it up.
