I've encountered a bug where my character, although not on a horse, will visually appear to still be mounted on a horse.
I've searched for a solution on this forum and found one thread where the poster had a very similar, if not identical, problem to mine. The thead is found under "Permanently On a Horse".
The lines of script provided by lightfoot 8 do actually work in getting me off my horse. However, it only creates another problem as doing so also changes my character from the human male he's meant to be into a default dwarf male. My character is still regarded as a human male for all game mechanics (e.g. no stat penalties; he still shows up as a human on the character sheet) but has the appearance of a default male dwarf. Oddly enough, if I mount back up at that point I change back to my human male but am then right back on a horse.
The link that Tallima provides further down the page as the solution to that thread appears to lead to a site that is no longer active. That's very unfortunate since it seems to have contained some phenotype override scripts that were the solution to this problem.
Edit: I would have posted the link to the other thread but GoG wouldn't allow me to successfully create this thread with that link in it.
