Well having a bit of an issue with the downloader now. I can start it up just fine, and it is downloading just fine (I can tell its downloading by placing my cursor over the GOG downloader's taskbar box), but the window just refuses to show up on the screen. No amount of minimizing or maximizing helps. Anyone know how to fix this?

Before we try a bunch of options: Another simple solution is to open 'Windows Task Manager' , select the app, right click and "Bring to Front".
Sometimes, apps fails to focus and render to the screen. This has helped me out a few times to get past it.
Is your version of AIR updated?

Well Bring to Front doesn't work, but attempting to maximize it from the task manager works. I guess this will have to do as a temp solution, although when maximized, the downloader is too big, and I have to minimize after checking it

Not sure if I updated it recently.
I have exactly the same problem and everything is up to date so who knows.when i emailed gog about it they wherent sure what the problem is either but since its still downloading games im not really bothered
Alright I have the solution. Do the maximize thing that I did, then exit the downloader and start it up again. You should be able to resize it after that
Meh, Adobe AIR sucks, but oh well

Yes it does. I stopped using the GOG downloader ages ago as it never really liked to work for me either.
