I'm not sure if it's related to some other promo that I missed, but the entire <span class="bold"><i>Master of Orion</i></span> series (old and new) is 40% off right now. (I also noticed that the collector's edition of the reboot is listed first among the search results, no matter which sort order is selected.)

A bit surprised GOG hasn't posted about it, but I guess this happens. Yes, Master of Orion series on discounts across multiple sites and here. Steam announcement says it is because Master of Orion II released twenty years ago today.
