Are you human? Or are you Dancer.

The Dancer, a DLC pack for Cultist Simulator, is now available DRM-free. To celebrate, the base game will peel 25% off its price until October 18th, 6pm UTC.

Think you could pull off an occult pirouette, an esoteric feather step or a sacrificial heel turn? Then the dancer's career will fit you like a glass slipper. Perform in cabarets and theatres pulsating with eldritch energy, as you experience one new Legacy and two new Ascensions, or shapeshift into animal forms. Just make sure to watch your step.

I have the perpetual edition and I should get this automatically right? It's not in my account.
Same here. It's not in my account. Is it supposed to be already included in the Perpetual Edition DLC?

This isn't Steam . You have to wait .

What does Steam have to do with anything? In fact it should be the opposite since there has to be a living breathing human behind each release (so someone has to be in the office at 6AM for a US midnight release).

We are second class customers , don't you remember ?

Dev here: if you have Perpetual Edition, you *should* have a Dancer DLC entitlement too! I've just messaged GOG to check this is the case and that it didn't fall through the cracks.

Neat thanks! I'm sure it's just one of those things (being the first DLC) that needs a quick tweak to get it up and running. Maybe this will give me an excuse to jump back in! I had a nice (but so far short) career as a painter... I got a bit stuck about what to do and sort of drifted away - torn between not wanting to spoiler / have my hand held but also not being sure what to do next...

Any quick tips for the early game? Something I should maybe consider that I haven't? Or is it a simple matter of keep using explore to find new locations and such?
Thanks a lot for your hard work!
I'm another Perpetual Edition owner who can confirm I haven't received the DLC on GOG. Oh well, I hope I'll have the chance to check it out tomorrow instead!

cool thanks!
Did anyone try to redownload that "Perpetual Edition Content" DLC from the direct download page? Maybe it's new / update - actually I'm home now and will give it a shot.

Thanks for your patience, folks.

We did agree Perpetual Edition with GOG when we first launched the game, but it's an unusual deal and I can totally imagine it got missed when they released this one.

If anyone reaaally wants to play it, buy it now and ask for a refund tomorrow if they have Perpetual Edition, I'll okay it if GOG asks me. I can't guarantee they will but they're usually good at that sort of thing. It's only three dollars anyhoo
Downloaded - don't want to test though - don't want to wipe my save (or risk borking it by copy / pasting a save scum).

lots of really nice folk with lots of early game tips.

Absolutely top tip is 'try one of the Legacies that isn't Aspirant, Aspirant is hardest' :)
