Jak and Daxter is a complete reimplementation that obviously is not connected with the N64Recomp project at all, since it is not a N64 game.
Successfully using N64Recomp is a lot harder than initial reports suggested; the last time I checked Zelda:MM was the only game with a recomp project in a good state.
