Themken: What chandra said only applies if the game is officially supported on your machine (hardware must meet minimum requirements and OS must be supported).
Well, if you are unable to make the game work, we will still try to help you out. But if not meeting minimum system requirements is indeed the core of the issue, that's a different story :( The requirements are posted on the gamecard for a reason.
Still, who knows, perhaps at least conversion to Wallet Funds would be possible :)
