I'm sure we've all had it one time or another. A game comes along with voice-acting so professional, or so well scripted, that it's an earworm. It might only be the voice has a depth or tenor that somehow left an impression. You'd remember it if someone played the audio back to you years later.
I invite you fellow members, to relate such games, phrases, sequences that hold sway in your memories.
I'll start by offering 3:
Dungeon Keeper:
Yes, the original. The spell announcements, the descriptions of the area you conquered and the ones next on the chopping block. That voice is very memorable for me.
TIE Fighter:
The flight officer/commander that is in your ear mission after mission, and the briefings/debriefings. Wow.
Quake III\Team Arena:
Another distinctive voice, but one almost tattoed on my brain. "Holy sh*t!", "Humiliation!", "Two Frags, Two Seconds: Excellent!".
You get the point. Bring on the memories!
