Still, I raise my glass to the people who recorded Lemming's "oh no" and Worms' "oh dear".

I'm not sure of the exact quote, but this particular line from a cutscene during the demo version of Asura's Wrath stands out to me, especially since it pretty much sums up my personality:

"I have tasted the finest wines... bedded the finest women... but nothing... NOTHING... gives me greater pleasure than USING MY SWORD!"

This next quote isn't voice-acted, but it is memorable to me, since I love playing wizards in heavy armour:

"I am a Battlemage. Though arrayed as a western Knight with long blades, axes, and heavy armor, my primary education is in the College of Destruction, the College of Conjuration, and the College of Mysticism. [...] [C]an there be any more terrible master of the arts of war than a Battlemage? I think not." -- A Battlemage's standard response on the subject "my trade", The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

Like someone else said, Gnarl from Overlord is HILARIOUS! IMO, his most memorable quote would have to be his introduction to the first realm you have to reclaim, the realm of the halflings:

"[...] So lush and idyllic. Hideous, is it not?"

Perhaps my favourite one-liner comes from a random vampire battle-quote in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion:

"BLOOD! I need you BLOOD!" (It sounds best coming from the female Elf VO)

...And, finally, my favourite rip-off of a popular meme would have to be from a quest-giver in Rohan in LEGO The Lord of the Rings:

"I used to be guard, until I took an arrow in the knee[...]"
