Can someone help me ?
I purchased "The Elder Scrolls V: Anniversary Edition" and received "The Elder Scrolls V: Special Edition".
I opened a support ticket and received an email with the number but they still haven't resolved my problem.
Does anyone know how long it normally takes to resolve this issue?
Thanks a lot for the help.
The Anniversary Edition is the Special Edition + Anniversary Edition DLC.

If you look under the entry for Skyrim Special Edition in your library and see that you have Anniversary Upgrade under DLC, then you have the Anniversary Edition.
There's no problem. The library shows the base game, which in this case is called The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. Since you own the Anniversary Edition, you also have access to the Anniversary Upgrade DLC.

I'm new here so thanks for the help.
How do I see if I have the Anniversary Edition DLC?

Wouldn't the DLC have to appear in my library?

Go to account->games and find Skyrim, then go to the offline installers.

The DLC has it's own section under the main game, while extras are on the right.

At least, that's how it looks to me.

I just checked and the DLC is in the library.
Thank you very much for your help and sorry for the lack of knowledge about GOG.

It's fine, people want to buy download and play their games. They don't need to know all the ins and outs of things.

Also you can see if something is owned via the search bar at the top. But i like seeing it directly in my games list.

Did you buy this account only recently, or how are we supposed to understand your comments?

It wouldn't be too hard to register an account to get say a free copy of Witcher 2 when it was on giveaway about that time, and then forget about it for a while.

I remember giving money for Mighty Number 9 kickstarter, and got registered to Humble Bundle... then a couple years later decided i might get some games at HB only for it to say i was already registered. Pleasant surprise once the password was reset, but otherwise easy to forget if you have an account.

Though someone buying the account may be possible.
