So it would seem that I got double charged for buying 60 kegs in Gwent.

I really wanna know how long it will take for the support team to respond since I really need the money right now.

Issues like that should have a very high priority. The very few times I had problems with a payment, things got resolved within a day. Might take some more time during the weekend though.
