What exactly is the problem?
Can't log into GoG?
Any error messages?
Blank screen / 404 Gog Bear?

Without further information, there is no answer possible.
And even then, this is probably a case for GoG Support, no?

These are different user privileges.
Try to contact one of the blue guys directly, maybe for some reason you have been marked as spammer or whatever.

I don't know, I was speculating based on the circumstances and to be honest, a lot of GOG stopped making sense around the time their PR person committed those faux pas.
