So, I've been hacked, quite a while ago by the looks of things. Contacted customer support a few weeks ago and it's just been back and forth since. They've asked for emails from themselves and any info I have to prove that the account was mine. I've provided all the info I have/remember, I even provided an email which clearly shows my account email got changed to someone else's (that's how I found out I got hacked). But they are still being very reluctant to retrieve my account back for me.
Has anyone had any issues like this before? I just want to ay cyberpunk again and enjoy the new Dlc.
